Yes. While standard hand washes are done on a first-come, first-served basis, our full valets and detailing packages require a booking to ensure our team can dedicate the necessary time to your vehicle.
How long does a full valet or detailing service take?
A full valet typically takes anywhere from a half-day to a full day depending on the vehicle's condition.
What products do you use on my vehicle?
We use only premium, pH-neutral car shampoos, high-quality waxes, and specialized interior cleaners that are tough on dirt but completely safe for your leather, fabric, and paintwork.
Are my personal belongings safe left inside the car?
While our team is strictly vetted and highly professional, we kindly request that you remove all valuable items and loose cash from your vehicle before handing over the keys.
Are there extra fees for larger vehicles?
Yes, SUVs, bakkies, and large vans have a small additional charge due to the extra time and product required.
